In order to book your date and time, we require a 100% of the invoice paid at least a week in advance. We can bill in 2 payments if needed.
If you cancel your event and give us a notice with at least 24 hours in advance, we refund 50% of the total invoiced or we can reschedule for new available date on the same calendar year. If we are not available the date and time you request for rescheduling, we will do the 50% refund.
*PANDEMIC/OR ANY OTHER UNEXPECTED WORLD, COUNTRY, STATE, CITY, TOWN, COUNTY EVENT that affects you, the artist or the company business: If possible, you will have same calendar year to reschedule but no refunds will be given. If we are not available, we will not be able to refund. In the case of another lockdown or events cancellation by Government order, from the year 2022 and on, we will try to reschedule for another event on the same calendar year if possible or we will refund half of the total booking amount you paid but we will not be able to offer a new date for the following year.

*Our cancellation policy is structured this way because once you book that date and time, the artist becomes unavailable to work another event but we commit to pay them for the job.
Inclement weather Cancellation Policy
In the event of rain, we can reschedule for another date available on the same year if we receive notice with at least 24 hours in advance but no refunds can be given. Our Services can be rendered if it rains with the proper shelter.
In the event of unpredictable weather conditions like tornado, flood, icy roads, hurricane, etc, where anybody's safety can be compromised, we can reschedule for another date of the same calendar year or half of the booking amount can be refunded.
-Please provide reasonable accommodations for the artist(s). This includes but is not limited to shade from sun(we provide our own tent if requested), under cover for rain.
This will also benefit your guests as they like to watch or wait in line.
Keep in mind that our paint and balloons do not do well under extreme conditions.
-Please Provide at least one adult to supervise children that are waiting to be painted and
to cut the line upon the artist's request near the end of the last hour.
-If the child or adult has flu or cold symptoms, we will be more than happy to paint them but
only on the arm.
-It is the customer's responsibility to inform the artist of any/all skin allergies and sensitivities. Please let your guests know all of our products are 100% hypoallergenic but we are not responsible for any allergic reactions that might occur. Our balloons are made of Latex.
-Hygiene and safety is one of our main priorities.
We clean and sanitize our equipment before and after each event.
Use only FDA approved cosmetic quality face and body paints . We only use polyester glitters and medical grade glue for our gems.
-We use fun things like glitter and gems. Bee Bee Kidz and affiliates are not responsible for
any injury they might cause.
Ig: Improper cleaning or rubbing of the face painting design or Jewels & glitter designs.
Plastic gems or other accessories may be a chocking hazard for a child.
Bee Bee Kidz and affiliates are not responsible for any damage they might cause.
By Paying the invoice when booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Policies.
